Energy is the driver behind every human and social action. Its social dimension is the subject of the International Energy Forum (INTERENEF). The institutional design of INTERENEF (link) is based on the ideas of political science and the geopolitics of energy. The central point of energy politics is energy policy, while the focus of geopolitics of energy is the use of its power in the geopolitics of great powers and its instrumentalization in international political relations.In the history of INTERENEF, we have dealt with various topics in the framework of energy policy and geopolitics of energy.
